Mohammad Moghabat
Director of Euro-Med Monitor's Office in Lebanon
Mohammad holds a BA in Law from Beirut Arab University, and an LL.M. in International and European Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussels where he also is doing his Ph.D. in international constitutionalisation. He has experience in international human rights law and mechanisms, good governance, accountability and transparency in the public sector with a publications record.
